Return & Exchange Policy
At Avion Strands LLC, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. While we do not offer refunds, we do accept exchanges within five business days of receipt of your order. If there is an issue with your product due to our error, please contact our customer service via text or email. For example, if you receive an incorrect item, we will exchange it at no additional cost. Please note that monetary exchanges are not provided.
Items that have been used or altered are not eligible for exchange and will be returned to you. Additionally, Avion Strands LLC is not responsible for any custom color or dye applications performed by stylists. For assistance with any issues prior to custom coloring, please reach out to our customer service department. Be aware that textured hair may appear differently after washing or dyeing compared to online images, which are stock photos of unaltered hair. Refunds are not available due to the nature of our products.
To return a product to Avion Strands LLC, ensure the items are in their original, unopened packaging. Closures or frontals must not be altered in any way, including combing, brushing, wearing, washing, dyeing, or cutting (including lace). Wigs are not eligible for exchange due to their nature. Clothing exchanges for different sizes require that tags remain attached and the merchandise is free from stains. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs required for exchanges. To initiate an exchange, provide a traceable tracking number for the return shipment. Once we receive your returned package, we will confirm receipt via email or text, and begin processing your exchange if it meets our no-alteration policy. Eligible products will receive confirmation of new order shipping status; ineligible products will be
returned to you using standard shipping.
Shipping Policy
Order processing takes 1-2 business days, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout. Items typically ship within 5-7 business days and may arrive sooner. You will receive a tracking number via email once items have shipped. Orders placed after 5 PM (EST) are considered placed the next business day. For example, if you order on Monday after 5 PM, your order will ship out on Wednesday or Thursday. Once shipped, items usually arrive within 1-3 business days. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays, and cannot guarantee Saturday delivery, even for express shipping. Same-day pickup may be available at checkout, with arrangements communicated via text or email.
We recommend placing orders well in advance of any deadlines to account for potential delays. Inaccurate or incomplete addresses, or unverified order details, may delay processing by 3-5 business days. We thoroughly inspect and verify each order before shipment. To avoid delays, please review your shipping and billing information carefully. Packages may require a signature and are typically delivered to the mailbox or front door. If deemed unsafe, the courier may hold the package at a local post office or reschedule delivery. We suggest using a shipping address where someone will be available to accept the package.
Avion Strands LLC is not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, carrier delays, or other disruptions, including those caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. Holidays do not count as business days and should be considered when calculating shipping time. We trust USPS, UPS, and FedEx to deliver your package on time; however, we will not reimburse shipping charges for delayed packages. For lost or stolen packages, please file a claim with the carrier service provided in your tracking and shipping details email. We will assist with any necessary information if you cannot locate these details.
